Every thread at Pure Dhaga reflects luxury. We offer returns within 15 days of delivery.

The deadline for return requests is 15 days from the date you received your premium unstitched fabric or the date a third party takes possession.

To exercise your return rights, you must inform us of your decision via a clear written statement.

We will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving your returns. We use your original payment method, and you will not incur any bank fees for this transaction.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The fabric is uncut, unstitched, and in its original state.

• The product is in its original luxury packaging with all tags.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-tailored fabrics or pieces with personalized embroidery.

• Fabrics that have been washed, cut, or show signs of wear after delivery.

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special luxury promotions.

• Any goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these strict quality standards at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Send goods to the address below:

We recommend tracked mail. We are not responsible for lost goods. Proof of delivery is required for refunds. We cannot issue credit without the receipt of physical goods.

Gifts:

Gift returns will receive a digital store credit note for the purchase value once the item is inspected. A certificate will be sent to your registered email.

If the order wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser's payment method.
