• The fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and unstitched.

• Products with stains, marks, or any damage are not eligible.

• Please inspect your fabric before washing, cutting, or stitching.

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

• Refunds are only available for products returned in their original, unused condition.

• No refunds will be issued for washed, cut, stitched, or damaged fabrics.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
